At the scheduled time, join the virtual consultation via a secure video call link provided. Our clinician will be ready to discuss your skin concerns and goals.

You may be asked to share close-up images or videos of your skin to aid in the assessment during your video call. This visual analysis allows our experts to provide personalised recommendations.

5. Discussion and Recommendations:
We'll discuss your skin concerns, answer any questions, and provide tailored recommendations, including skincare products, routines, and potential treatment options.

6. Educational Insights:
